Snoop Dogg Family Comedy Lands at NBC
Snoop Dogg is really a step nearer to adding sitcom star to his already broad resume. The rapper, together with veteran sitcom producer Don Reo (My Spouse and youngsters, 2 . 5 Males), withwhom he did an arc for on Fox'sBrothers, has offered a household comedy pitch to NBC.The project focuses on a parent (Snoop) and the group of misfit children. The multi-cam 30 minutes, which originates fromWarner Bros. TV, counts Reo like a author and executive producer, with Snoop attached like a producer and star. Ted Chung(Dogg At Night) will even function as a producer around the project. Whether it ultimately will get acquired to series, it'll join Snoop's other small screen credits, includingDoggy Fizzle Televizzle, a 2002 sketch comedy show he created and starred set for MTV, andSnoop Dogg's Father Hood, a real possibility series focusing on his family for E!.
